Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the next business day
- During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days

- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- The KnxcleHead Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services
Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost
- We are unable to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs office for more information
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first
- For lost or stolen packages, contact us at dominicesposito@theknxcleheadco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- For damaged items, please email us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The KnxcleHead Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bluedogpatriot@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
