Clothing Items

We accept returns on clothing items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Items are free from stains, odors, or damage

Eligible for: Full refund or exchange Non-returnable clothing: Final sale items, customized/personalized pieces, and undergarments

Accessories

We accept returns on accessories within 15 daysof the delivery date, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Items show no signs of wear or damage

Eligible for: Store credit or exchange (refunds are issued at our discretion) Non-returnable accessories: Earrings and other body jewelry (for hygiene reasons), and any item marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
